Albion is recommanding natural black rubber for water (hot & cold) and also for air.

I know for pipe and I can calculate for an elbow according to his radi but i wanted a quick easy way to determine the volume the more exactly possible when using standard BW fitting.
The volume is different than straight pipe on elbows, caps and reducing fittings and I may verify with B16.9 if...
Does WPB stand only for ASTM A234 ?
I'm asking because ANSI B16.9 fitting are only marked WPB, they were ordered A234 gr WPB but how can I be sure it's A234 the only way it is OK is if they is no other materials with this grade ?

keep in mind that this expansion joint has no purposes of expansion at all.
It is employed only to compensate the flange misalignement,
So there is no need for axial compression or extension in this case.
