Would the terminology "Truncating" apply to the term rounding as well? Seems I remember if you have a tolerance of +/- .01 you can accept parts up to +.019 over the nominal, they excused that as truncating the tolerance. Anyone that can add to this?
I cant help noticing that the profile FCF references a fictious -B- on the attached drawing that probably is the -y- axis C/L ambiguous theoretical plane like -C- is. I didnt see it mentioned in the previous reply posts.

Well, to be kind, the 1st drawing doesnt show -C-, the 2nd drawing shows -B- as 2 different features.
So, as interesting as this drawing is, I need some help connecting the dots on this one?
Look forward to the next drawing but it is a challenging part I think.

Is it common practice to report/record 4 decimal places on a 3 decimal place dimensional drawing callout?
Example: .075 +/- .001 , would you record to the 4th decimal place ( .0753 ) to show all deviations?
