    HI I am designing pressure vessel as per ASME Sec VIII Div-1,having Nozzle passing thru vessel wall up to center line of vessel. I have provide full penetration & fillet weld for Nozzle to shell attachment. Is it mandatory to provide Nozzle to Shell Inside Fillet Weld Leg ?
