    no thats not the case. I can drag the sketch slightly away from coincidence with the grid lines and the sketch lines show up.     I have truned the grid off and the lines show with no problem. I would like to keep the grids on and still see the lines tho.

    I dont really know but it sounds like it is not something that I am doing wrong but a hardware problem or maybe a graphics card problem if I understand the direction of your questioning. I will look into that possibility. thanks Ninpo
