yes, I'll weld Tube sheet and shell. If so, I need to do NDE to raw material before drilling the tube holes. and NDE again to weldment after finish welding. Is it? Thanks a lot numberfive.- ngapulone

Dear All, I would like to confirm that is there any restriction for SA 516 Gr 70 to use Tube Sheet as per latest revision of ASME section VIII? Now I need to use this material as tube sheet.
