is it possible to use ANSYS workbench to calculate electric fields? i.e. solve the electrostatic Laplace equation? Reading through the help, i get the feeling its not...
I think its possible in the classical ANSYS, but do i have to have a special add-on?

I'm trying to calculate the electric field at the tip of a needle, that is above a flat plate at 1000 volts. I'm very new to ANSYS though, is it possible to do electrostatics in ANSYS? Could i import an Autocad file of the needle and plate into ANSYS?
