The building is 28' x 64' x 13' high. There are about 4 louvers 2'x2' located all the way at the top of the wall and thier lintels are at the same level as the bond beam.

Is covering the supporting angles after sandblasting the rusted areas with non-shrink grout consider a good option
to protect the bottom of the cradles from the water accumulation at the bottom slab. The grout surface can be pitched to prevent water accumulation on the surface.
