You can use DesignBuilder software for your load calculations (www.designbuildersoftware.com/designbuilder.php). You can download fully functional 30 days evaluation version. This way you do not need to pay. It uses ASHRAE heat balance method for load calculations. It uses E+ simulation engine.

ChrisConley, ASHRAE 90.1 requires sizing of 1.25 for heating and 1.15 for cooling so I was just averaging it out. In general do you think this methodology is correct? Any suggestions will be highly appreciated?
