ANSI B92.1-1970 Flat Root MAjor Diameter Fit
I understand most of the standard except I can't seem to figure out variable "c" for Major Diameter Fit, Item #10 Tv max where does this value come from and how is it calculated? I find no other reference to this in the standard- MrMacHinery
