    floor truss sag 1 1/2" after 11 years

    3 story hotel flat roof, 24" floor parallel chord truss. Few problems first 10 years now the trusses are sagging. Truss meaured and sagging 1/2" 2 months later the truss is down 1". 3 months later room closed. Floor sags 1 1/2" and tv stands may fall over. Walls all stack. Floor has gym...
