Prying force on column flange
Does anyone know of design guide for the analysis of prying forces on column flanges. I am anchoring a fall protection system to the column flange using one bolt and a d-ring. The cable is parallel to the flange and when loaded, it has an eccentricity of 1.5" from the face of the column...- mml2112
