    What year was redundant ground required in hospitals?

    I am referring to 517.13 (A) and (B) which states "...The equipment groundng conductor shall be sized...and installed in metal raceways or as a part of listed cables... Redundant may be the wrong wording but it would be additional to the to the metal raceway system being a ground path. Thanks...
