Hellow, I have encountered such a problem. When I try to send ".hex" (bay template configurator file) to the relay Micom P139....633, the Easergy Studio shows message "Now set the device to loading mode and confirm with the OK button". To enter to relay "loading mode", I'm switching off relay...- miklucha
