I know I'm a little late in responding (I don't wander in here much) but Arnold Magnetics has a good summary of products available that I used to help me determine which package to buy.

I've got a Source Control Drawing from 1989 that specifies a dc motor produced by:
Magnetic Technology
1601 Precision Park Lane
San Diego, CA
P/N H1937D-290E-055
Unfortunately, the company is no longer in business and I have no motor data listed on the drawing to help me find a replacement...
I have considered o-rings, but implementation would be difficult at best due to outside envelope and interior volume requirements. Another option I am currently exploring is a material change to 6061 and a post assembly welding operation (laser or EB).

I have an application where I need to bond two small 7075 Aluminum housings together (permanently); the bonded assembly must withstand ~2500 psi and ~300 degrees F with no pressure bleed-though into the small interior cavity.
Any suggestions on how best to accomplish this?
Thanks,
Mike
