Now I finally found it myself.
I used conta173 for solid/solid interface and it worked fine for the first case. Then i changed it to a shell on top of my first solid, but overlooked that you have to use CONTA175
for the shell-Solid contact. As soon as I changed it it worked flawlessly.

I'm modeling a combination of parts where a (very) thin layer is in contact with a substrate (thermal+electric)that use conta173 and targe170 pairs.
The substrate is made of solid69 elements and I first modeled the layer on top meshed with solid69 as well. if it becomes too thin, meshing is not...
When you put more current into your DC-Tube, it will tend to arc instead of maintaining the desired glow discharge.
With RF you can have a higher Powerinput/Volume but with less efficency than the DC-Tube==> RF-Tubes can be smaller.
when the spacing between the electrodes is small,it is possible...
