Phase Isolation
I understand that it shouldn't be possible to touch live parts from two phases at the same time ?. Does anyone know where I can find a good explanaion of this ?, does it relate to fittings like the lights in one room being supplied from one phase and the power from another ? Thanks- mickey12345
