    Bolt torque calculation for flange with insulating kit (gasket)

    Please, can someone tell me the effect that insulating gasket kit (phenolic Type-D RJT, mylar bolt sleeves) will have on the torque calculation for a 16" ANSI RTJ Class 900 flange [studs 20 X (A193 Gr B7: 1-58"X 11-1/2")]. Recommended torque value for this scenario will be helpful.
