How did you come to this conclusion? The title is "fan criteria ..." and is not begging for solution although non of both is answered except very good explain by dtazen and thanks him/her. I meant to get other person ideas and guidelines. I know how can I get my job done or whether I need hire...
Except the price, which technical issues should I notice when I want to select each one of these fans? I mean which fan criteria is more important for proper selection? maxi-vent, silent or JetStream(centrifugal)?
I'm going to select and calculate cooling loads for a duplex apartment but wondering how to define rooms/space in HAP for corridor on upper level? Do I need to consider it as part of first floor living area? or just leave it and consider it as partition for each bed room?
