    PLC Quality Assurance Form

    Hello There! I am on the lookout for a PLC quality assurance standard form issued by the CSA. I was told the standard was CSA CNQ396, has anyone heard of this form? I cannot seem to find it anywhere. I hope I have posted this in the right place. Thanks in advance, Max
