Thanks I'll have a look at them. I was kind of hoping that I could find a manufacturer that made off the shelf tray's and batteries, save me some cost as we are not a particularly high qty user.

I have an application that requires some thought. We currently use a 7.4V (8.4V peak, 5.5V cut-off) 2400mAh Lithium Ion battery pack with PCB (IC protection) in our product.
My main problem is that the life cycle of the battery is 300-500 cycles and as it is currently molded into the product...
OWhere do you set the appearance call out to fly out when picking a surface. On my set-up it doesn't on others it does and is gettin in the way. I can't find what thye difference is on each machine.

Thanks for your prompt reply israelkk. The specific problem I've got involves a knurled shaft and a brass gear. I know the torque it has to transmit. This assembly is bought from a Chinese company and we are having to specify to them what we want. Unfortunately I can't get away with telling them...
Does anyone know of any standards I could source for the required interference/knurl fit for transmitting a specified torque through a gear/shaft assembly?
Which system will give me 1 micron (0.001mm) sensitivity, when using optics to measure dimension changes in tissue (biomedical) samples. I was thinking of using linear arrays but the minimum pixel size I can find is 0.004mm. I had thought of staggering 2 or 3 of these but this would be to wide...
