You are past your scheduled maintenance period. The problem could be as simple as a bad or contaminated output coupler. I would recommend calling the Mazak Service Support staff (847-252-4600) and discuss problem further. We can have you do a few troubleshooting tests which will further help...
This could be something in the resonator, or it could be as simple as having a cover not completely closed.
Are you reading this power on the Command screen? Are you sure you are calling up full power?
