    Hi Desertfox, Pin dimensions not yet determined but need to be a nice running fit. I also think that I cannot get a perfect solution but thought I would see if I can get some 'best practise' replies. Thanks

    Hi all, I need a little help to determine a tolerance. I have to design a bracket to fit to a vehicle using two pins. The two holes on the vehicle are at 1000+/-5mm centres. The holes are each 50+/-1mm diameter. If I make the holes in my bracket the same diameter, what tolerance should I use...
