Thanks for adding the image (didn't know how to do that)
The 2.89" on the left (green box). He thinks it should also be on the right (green arrows). Looking for documentation in 14.5 that says it's okay as-is.
Ironically, he didn't like the "2X .3" either saying it's "unclear" and I should put...
Where in 14.5 does it state that we don't need to show the length in both the left and right views; that we assume it's the same unless otherwise noted?
In the attached image, I've shown both sides because one side needs to be masked and the other does not.
Just like we assume two edges are...
My employer uses the Master Model system where all original geometry is contained in one CatPart, Published and then Copy-Paste-Special into their respective parts. At higher level assemblies we add our Fasteners which are all contained within their own CatProduct.
I'd like to utilize the Reuse...
Tomas,
That was the funny thing, it was deleted in TC. I did a TC search and that configuration could not be found. So the hang up was with within NX. Knowing that, I had to get into the 'mind' of NX and realized that there had to be more buttons to click to get a simple task completed. So I...

I've got one part in my NX 8.5 Part Family that I'd like to delete. How do I do this? I could delete it from TeamCenter 9 but not the spreadsheet of my part family.
Thanks,
Matthew

Yes, we need the sketch in the 3D model so that we can provide it to our vendor...

@nutace,
Are you suggesting re-creating the model sketch entities in a drawing view sketch...
I have a sketch that I've drawn on one of the surfaces of my 3D model. (The sketch represents a boundary that the vendor needs to pay attention to.)
Now I'm making my drawing and want to know if it's possible to make this sketch visible in my drawing view so that I don't have to recreat the...
