I've already commissioned severals Eberle Voltage regulators with the IEC60870-5-103 protocol interface. For the IEC103 parameter configuration you have to use the program GenReg.

I received from a colleague the attached disturbance " 130kV OHL short circuit".
My question is :
Why during the short circuit the phase A and B and C currents are in phase ?!?!

I've only good experience with the arc flash protection from VAMP.The CB trip is done to avoid unwanted trip (in my cases) with ARC Protection + OC detection.
If you visit www.vamp.fi there are a lot of documentation about the arc protection.
