Copy of Foxes 1948 foundation settlement paper
Hi I am after a copy of the 1948 paper by Fox titled The mean elastic settlement of a uniformly loaded area at a depth below the ground surface Pulished in Volume 1,pp 129-132 of the 2nd ICSMFE.
