Would any one please direct me to a site or document where I can find drawings of different type of structures, in particular for 69 kV type TS-1, TS-1X, TSZ-1, TSZ-2, TH-1, TH-1G. For 161 kV type TH-10 and 230 kV TH-230.

According to "Design Manual for High Voltage Transmission Lines" chapter 5, the following formula exist for designing horizontal clearance which is
Y= NESC Basic Clearance(table 234-1) + 0.4(kV line to ground -22) / 12.

So, nobody is going to recommend LaTeX?
I do recommend LaTex. It takes a little time to get used to it, but when you do, you will never go back to another writing program.
