[ANSYS Meshing] Can't get a conformal mesh between bodies
It looks that you have 3 separate surfaces. Despite the fact that you have formed them as one part they stay as separate bodies. I am not sure is there a geometry tollerance you could play with to close tha gaps between the 3 surfaces... The best way would be to create surfaces from adjusting...- LisekPL
