    This should be about right: 600' (2x300) 24VDC 1.0 amp @ 3% drop => 8ga 0.5 amp @ 3% drop => 10ga 1.0 amp @ 10% drop => 12ga 0.5 amp @ 10% drop => 16ga NOTE: Please be sure to adhere to ABYC standards NOTE: Use ANCOR tinned & stranded wire in marine applications

    programming language functionality

    Use PERL. It is very good at handling lists of items as arguments to functions. It runs on Linux and Windows just fine. There is a free download at http://www.activeperl.com and elsewhere.

    Detroit Diesel pulley specs/replacement

    I have a Detroit Diesel 6-71N engine with a 2-groove 5" "auxilliary" pulley. The DD part number is 5133615. The bore on this measures to be 0.985 inches and possibly tapered. A 1" shaft will not penetrate the bore (which is clean, etc.) The keyway is 3/16". Does anyone know if this is in fact a...
