Why Asme VIII div 2 in their load combinations table 5.2 do not combines E with Temp?
Why Asme VIII div 2 in their load combinations defined in table 5.2 do not combines Earthqauke with Temperature loads. Some experts say if the temperature is present during earthquake, then E &T shall be in a combination. I sounds logic, but ASME code does not include it. Why?- Lcorrea
