My question was simple, is there a glass substrate sucb as from Corning, Ashai Glass, Hoya, or any other manufacturer of glass substrates that can handle process temperature > 650C. The question was not to deposit a CVD glass ..... it was to select a substrate with thermal stability properties...- layertransfer

High Temperature Glass
I need to clarify my interest / question ..... I am looking for a glass substrate (high temp glass, vendor, etc.) of which I transfer a thin layer of semiconductor material. I then need to do some additonal processing which require process tempertures of >650C.- layertransfer
