I finally cut my die and to answer my own question I could do it on a 3 axis milling machine. The die finish is not so bad and with a little polishing it will look great.

I would like to know how many tons of pressure a .625 pin made of A2 steel could handle before it breaks. If there is a formula i would also like to know it for future reference. Thank you
