If the pipe flows full all the time, mag meter is good.
If it does not flow full, maybe a Parschal flume.
I have not had consistently good success with ultrasonics in permanent installations. Flow is affected by TSS in wastewater.
Rosemount is a brand of instruments, not a type of flow...
