Carburizing of 16MnCr5
I have Pit Type Gas Carburizing Furnace. I am using Acetone + Methanol as carburizing fluid. For 16MnCr5, 1mm Case Depth, 50 - 55 HRC, what would be the cycle parameters for Temperature, mA / CP setting?, diffusion cycle, quenching temperature? Looking for guidance.
