    It's in NORSOK mechanical equipment R-001, revision 1, 1994. This is the standard the project I'm working on adopted for datasheets.

    Sorry that I forgot to mention that the tie rods are covered somewhere else in the datasheet, so I think the rods here are something different. That's actually a big part of the confusion. I've seen a lot of pictures, but couldn't recognize what the parts in question are. Thanks :)
