Carbon Manganese Steel Definition
Hi all I'm writing a sub-sea fatigue standard based on DNVGL-RP-C203. The standard states that it is valid for carbon manganese steels (C-Mn) but nowhere in any DNV standard does it define a carbon manganese steel.
