WE found while hydrotest of two cone bottom tanks deformation of the skirt holding the cone bottom. The code API620 which is applicable to these tanks doesnt spell out clearly the acceptance limit of the skirt out of roundness.
API650 states the limits of the "out of roundness".

We are constructing 2 nos of atmospheric cone bottom liquid sulphur storrage tanks. The manway Nozzles (Not flush type) 24"/30" are fabricated using plates rolled and welded with doubleV longitudianl welds.
API 650 is not mention about the NDT requiremnts of this manway...
