This is a general formula that you can use sorry diagram would not paste.
BEND ALLOWANCE (BA):

I do not know of any particular software other than I thought PRO-E had a sheet metal package. Lets see if I can help nonetheless. If I understand your question you are encountering material springback a common problem when wiping. The severity dependant on many variables in sheet metal...
