Can someone please post the cut conditions for 3/16 CRS and 1/4 CRS. Feed, Power, Freq, Focal, ect. ect. I want to see where my conditions match with yours because im getting a poor cut. How do you change the the standard focal position? When M100 (laser mode on) comes up in the program, the focal point goes to .15 all the time, when most of my cutting i do is around .4-.6. Can this material be cut using Amada Laser?
drossfree, What is your expierence with aluminum on your amada? I would love to start cutting aluminum but have no idea on what gas or settings i should be using, if you have any start point on where i could just get started that would be great! Thank you for your time! JW- Jwoody44

Can this material be cut using Amada Laser?
My boss came up to me today and asked me if rubber could be cut on the Amada. Does anyone have any expeirence in doing so? Its definately rubber with an adhesive backing on it. We're trying to make gaskets for a company we do business with. The correct material name is Buna or Viton. Thank You...- Jwoody44
