Emergency Shutdown Valve

Are there any guidelines regarding emergency shutdown valves in the ASME code? The only thing I can find are pressure relief valves....Second, are they possibly in API? Thanks, JSAkins

Minimum allowable temperature of 316 ss and 17-4 ss

I need to find out the minimum allowable working temperture of 316 and 17-4 annealled and at condition H900. I have looked in ASME B&PV Code with little success. Can anyone tell me a resourse to look up. Thanks, akinsosu
