    How to dimension holes with fraction and decimal?

    Does anyone know how to format hole dims like: Ø5/16 (.313) ? I am currently using a fractional Style with Dual Units turned on, and the Smart Dimension tool. However the result is an over/(under) arrangement that does not format well when more than one line of text is necessary.
