You can only "Add Grid at Selected Points" - there is no connection between grid and strips. The strips in SAFE8 are area objects. In Autocad you can draw the strips easier - as rectangles.- jordanesko

HI, draw the strips in Autocad, import them in SAFE 8, and then open the SAFE 8 file with SAFE 12. Regards Jordan- jordanesko
