    Finally I´ve found that the part had a hole which boolean substract had failed in I-deas. In order to find it have used check mate face-face intersections. Over used edges test was passed and didn´t find the problem. Thanks very much to all of you.

    Thank you very much. The body comes fron I-deas and is non manifold, but I want to find where are the errors. I will try Checkmate.
