    Balloon arrow heads jumping to spots?!

    I'm getting something similar....in Document properties/arrows...I have it set to arrows for edge/face/unattached...but ''now'' ( I haven't changed anything), the face arrow keeps changing to a blob. Everytime I change it back; it resets at the next session.

    First posting, so apologies if this is 'obvious' to many.... I've just migrated to 2010 & when doing a hole table, I can alter the precision of the location of the holes but NOT the diameters. e.g. a hole created at 1.15 shows as 1.2. Any ideas of where to go to change the precision?
