Autoclave curing
Thanks for the response.I am using 3/8" thick 2Lb. Nomex core and do require nice sharp edges. This particular part is lightweight only .030" thick skins. The issue is voids on the edges in some places and resin rich in others.- joepacrad

Autoclave curing
I am using carbon prepreg & glass in an aluminum mold with a Nomex honeycomb core. Standard is vacuum bagged & autoclave cured at 20PSI. Would higher pressure and venting vacuum do me any good?- joepacrad
