In SW 2003 I can´t set Perspective when I´m in shaded view, but it works in wireframe. If I´m not mistaken this is something that has happened lately, because I think I could do this some days ago. Anyone else who have experienced this?

I can only agree with the above. I use Rhino for free-form modeling, then export the model to SolidWorks for further use. I see those two products as complementary, not rivaling.
