By default, your weldment will have a "as welded" and "as machined" configuration. Suppress your holes in the "as welded" configuration, leave them unsupressed in the "as machined" configuration. The cut-list should be using the "as welded" configuration by default.

I agree with Jeff. IMO, within the past few years, the ATI/AMD drivers have become much more stable.

I think you pretty much answered your own question. Runout is often used as an alternative to concentricity "because it's the easiest way to meet functional requirement."

Try taking the SolidWorks assembly and saving it as a eDrawings assembly (*.easm). I've found eDrawings to be less cumbersome that way.

You can also rename the 3 default planes, so they correspond with the new orientation of the views.

Perhaps you could save it as a .stl file, then import it back into SolidWorks. The .stl file will be facetted instead of a smooth surface.

I know that 2006 did not, and 2008 did. I didn't use 2007, but I believe that it was the release that made this switch. I believe that was also the same release where they switched from 3rd party licensing software to the FlexLM.

The calloutformat.txt file (and a hole table) won't differentiate between a nearside and farside hole. You're "A" group of holes are actually nearside clearance holes in the model, but with a added farside countersink. "C" & "D" are both CSK holes place on the farside of the model. Two...
You will need to dimension the .3012 distance before you foreshorten the radius dimension. A broken view isn't necesary.

If you dimension from the center-line to the (foreshortened) center-mark, it should give the results you expect.

If you are selecting multiple components from the assembly tree and right clicking, you should have the option to "Add to New Folder" or "Creat New Folder." I see the same error message when right clicking on the top assembly in the tree, but it works fine for me when clicking on a part or...
