    Diamond Mesh Finish

    Hello All I have a drawing of a Quartz (Glass) component calling for a 220 Diamond Mesh finish. Does any one know what is the equivalent is in either Micro inches or metric Um ? Thanks JimP equifilant

    Close tolerance drilling of quartz with diamond core drills.

    We also Drill and machine Quartz best company for drills I found in was Braemar in Texax. We are based in Scotland Uk and had to get our drills from them for the quality, the sixes we used most were 0.027" & 0.035" but use core drills up to 1" Regards JimP

    Thanks for the quick reply I usualy redraw in solidworks problem drawing is a half shell is machined in ID. 2D drawing is as you say flattened all dimensions are in degree's. Part is a cam for industrial knitting machine. Best Regards Jimp
