    Elastomeric Bearing Rotatons

    I use AASHTO Method B for elastomer bearing design. My question is below 1. Do we need to design the outside face of elastomer layer in order to satisfy uplift base on fatigue. 2. Also, do we need to design load base on superload such as 8 Axles, 19 Axles. Thanks
