I have a motor that is running on 3 ph 240 volt.
I went to switch it to 3 ph 480 and found it would not run.
After checking each winding I found from 1 to 4 is open.
I put it back to the 240 and it runs.
Why is this and what is it doing to this motor?
MY CPU usage does not change it stays between 0 an 4 %.
I can not install that other program, I do not have admin. status. we do not have an IT person here they show up when needed and my boss does not seem to think this problem is worth the call in.

I got a new computer and I have a hard time waiting for files to open, it will take 30 seconds or longer to open any file (word, excel)even if it is just sitting on my desktop.
I share an office with another person who also got a new computer of the same type, he seems to have no problem opening...
You might consider Moeller easy relay, the software is very easy to use and cost arount $50.00.
The programable relay is about $300.00
Plus a expansion unit for another $150.00

I have no intrest in Moeller just their relays to automate equiptment.
I have a Johnson OBI 80 ton punch press, it uses springs for the counter balance.
Can anyone tell me how to set the tension on them and if this needs to be adjusted for each job?
