Is it part of ANSI standard to put the initials in the title block? That is what we have traditionally done but are considering using full names of the engineers and drafters. If ANSI doesn't specify, what would be the pros/cons of doing this? Jason SolidWorks 2017

Speed is actually slower for 2009 thumbnails. Even for a folder where we have thousands of SolidWorks files, thumbnails were fairly quick as it only generated them for what was visible on the screen. After installing 2009....it chokes on them. Plus you can't view them in Windows Explorer any...
